1. Privacy and cookie policy of the Controller’s website

a. Basic information

User’s trust is very important to us. For this reason, we have created this document to inform you about the principles of collecting and using the transferred data and the use of cookies and other technologies as part of the website, available at https://www.grikios.pl

We indicate that the Controller of personal data is us, i.e. EUROSER Dairy Group Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością – Sp. k. with its headquarters in Warsaw (02-246) at ul. Geologiczna 20, (hereinafter: ‘Controller’, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’).

b. Collection and processing of personal data

The Website automatically collects data about the User. This data includes: IP address, pages on the Website that have been visited, browser type, browser version, operating system of the computer or other device, dates, hours of visits, frequency of visits, country, city from which the User enters, name and URL address of the displayed file, website / application from which the entry was made (website URL), name of the internet operator, language. This data can be collected by cookies, Google Analytics and the Web Beacon system, and can be saved in server logs. This is statistical data concerning the activities of our Users on the Website and does not identify any person. Using the Website does not require the provision of personal data by Users, unless the User contacts the Controller using the Contact Form (name, surname, e-mail address) or sends information about their wish to receive the Newsletter (e-mail address, first name), which is outlined in points 2 and 3 below.

The data provided to us automatically is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in the proper functioning of the Website. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to achieve the indicated purposes.

The User’s personal data will be stored by us for the time necessary to achieve the above purposes.

The User shall also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in the manner and according to the procedure set out in the provisions of the applicable data protection law, in particular the Personal Data Protection Act, in the event that we consider that the above provisions have been violated by us.

In relation to the User’s personal data, there will be no automated decision-making, and his/her data will not be profiled.

Cookie files (cookies) are IT data, in particular in the form of small text files, which are stored on the User’s end device and are intended for the functioning of the Website. Wpml files are related to the selected language version, if they are accepted, the selected language version will be remembered.

We would like to inform you about the use of technologies that track User activities on the Website in the form of the Google Analytics tool to analyse User activity on the Website and the Facebook conversion pixel (to manage ads on Facebook and conduct remarketing activities).
