Home-made tortilla with grilled cheese and vegetables

Ingredients, tortilla:

  • 250 g flour
  • 125 ml water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • mixed lettuces
  • 5–6 cherry tomatoes
  • Ľ green cucumber
  • 7–8 olives

Preparation:

Pour 125 ml of warm water, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of oil into a cup of flour (250g). Knead the dough. Roll it in a bag, leave it for about 15 minutes, then cut it into 5 or 6 pieces. Roll out thinly to the size of your pan. Put the dough on a hot frying pan and fry for a few seconds on both sides. After frying, wrap them in a cloth to prevent from drying out.

Slice the Grikios Grill Cheese and grill it on an electric grill. Arrange the mixed lettuce, tomatoes cut in halves, olives, sliced cucumber and grilled halloumi-type cheese on a tortilla. The slices can be spread or sprinkled with a garlic sauce.

Garlic sauce, ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons natural yoghurt
  • 1 clove garlic (squeezed through a press)
  • dried dill

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a small dish and mix thoroughly.
