Crispy croissant with Grikios cheese filling


  • 1 croissant
  • 50 g halloumi-type cheese
  • 1 egg
  • cranberry jam
  • several leaves of lamb’s lettuce


Cook the croissant a while in the oven preheated to 180°C At the same time, fry the Grikios halloumi-type cheese on both sides until it turns golden. Fry the egg so that the egg yolk is still runny. Cut the croissant across to 7/8 of its depth so that you can open it and insert the other ingredients: lamb’s lettuce leaves, fried egg and cheese, spread with cranberry jam.
