Roasted feta with tomatoes and garlic


  • 200 g Grikios salad cheese
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 sprig thyme
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • oil
  • pepper


Put 2 tablespoons of oil into an ovenproof dish and lay feta-type cheese on the bottom, sprinkle it with sliced garlic and surround with cherry tomatoes. Drizzle a little bit of olive oil, sprinkle with thyme, rosemary and pepper. Bake it in the oven preheated to 200°C for 25 minutes.

After baking, remove the herbs and tomato stems, blend the cheese with the tomatoes and garlic. If there is not enough of sauce, add 2–3 tablespoons of oil, season to taste. Combine with freshly cooked pasta and serve hot with leaves of fresh basil.
