Dumplings with Grikios salad cheese and pistachios


  • 300 g flour
  • water
  • 200 g Grikios salad cheese
  • 1 onion
  • 100 g pistachios
  • oregano
  • salt and pepper


Knead the dough by adding enough water to the flour until a flexible consistency is obtained. In a bowl, mix the crumbled Grikios feta-type cheese with the chopped pistachio nuts and spices. Roll out the dough and apply the filling. Make dumplings in any shape. Cook them in lightly salted water. The filling is salty enough. Serve with cooked string beans and sprinkled with dill.
