Broccoli and cheese envelopes

Ingredients, envelopes:

  • French pastry – 1 pack
  • 1 broccoli
  • 200 g Grikios salad cheese

Ingredients, garlic sauce:

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 6 tablespoons Greek yoghurt
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • salt, pepper

Preparation: 

Cut the French pastry into slices. Brush each slice with garlic sauce, add cooked broccoli florets and pieces of salad cheese. Form small envelopes and bake approx. 30 min.
